Looks cute on the outside, showed really nice pictures of the room, paid 100$ for one night. The stairs are all broken and a safety issue, there's a hole in our bathroom ceiling, the floor boards are peeling up, the mirror is stained and rusted , there's stains on the bedding. Very dissapointing. Between the room and the lounge, it ruined a perfectly good day of travelling .

This location is very misleading as it looks good from afar but once you even walk up the stairs you'll notice that the building code is not only out of date but illegal since the stairs are a combination of improper heights per step and a few of them are bowed. Plus, at the top of these half metal half wood abomination of a staircase there is sizeable chucks of concrete missing and just waiting for someone to catch their foot on and fall down the entire flight of stairs.
As well, when walking down the halls there are bolts sticking out from the railings due to half concocted renovations.
Adding insult to injury the restaurant has staff so dense that they couldn't even complete a simple pizza order that requires no cheese (hense my lactose intolerance), which the supporting staff has no excuse either since all it would take is a simple glance into the pizza box to confirm the order is correct. Note: it was mentioned several times during order that it had to be No Cheese on the pizza.

    Terrible
    -passive aggressive desk clerk
    -ongoing and unexpected renovation
-stairs and walk out safety issue
    -unpleasant smell
    -constant noise throughout the night
    -prepayment required

We arrived at the motel after a long day of travelling and were very disappointed. We had been required to pre-pay for our room, and the room was very different from the online photo's. There were ongoing renovations that we weren't warned about prior to booking and so there were lots of sketchy construction men around the hotel rooms. When we were unpacking and getting our small dogs to the room, we noticed how dangerous the stairs were. Uneven, large gaps between stairs, no handrail in some spots, and on the actual stairs there were large holes that a dog could easily catch their foot in and either fall or break a leg. We ended up carrying them up and down each time, as the interior steps went through the kitchen and I didnt want to bring the dogs through there. The walk out that takes you to your room is very narrow, and shaky as if it might break, and the guard rail has large gaps big enough for a child or dog to fall off of and is not attached properly (when I went to hold on to it, it bent and I almost fell from the second floor). We booked the only pet friendly room in the hotel ,weeks earlier, and said we were bringing our dogs with us - then we were chastised for having 3 dogs and not alerting them although they didn't ask when we spoķe to them on the phone. I realize that no place is perfect and I can let go of the little things as long as it is safe, clean and I can get a good rest, but unfortunately this place doesn't have those things. Finally, We had an early morning so we went to bed at about 8pm... the door to the interior stairway was located beside our room and as people went in and out the door would slam, shaking the whole place- startling our dogs and waking us up. This kept going until 10pm even after we called the front desk at 8pm and asked that they prop the door open or ask the construction men to stop slamming it and stomping up and down the stairs.
All in all it was very frustrating and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Some room have recently been renovated, and have a nice mountain lodge feel, but there isn't much space left around the timber frame beds. The renovations included a new bath tub, but the rest of the bathroom was in serious need of updating. Staff are plesant and efficient! The rooms are somewhat noisy at night.

Terrible rooms. Unsafe building. Sketchy contractors doing mysterious renovations. Unpleasant staff.
